How to decoupage using softened Capiz shell?
I want to make place mats/coasters/etc with Capiz shell that I have softened. Any suggestions? Also want to make a Mirror boarder. Have seen them done before, but it always says something on the lines of “laminated Capiz Shell mirror”. How would I go about achieving this? Any any ideas on how to keep the cost minimal would be greatly appreciated!
