How do you decoupage a photo to the back of a plate?
I have copied a photo from 1978 and have tried to decoupage the copy to a clear plate… but have been unsuccessful. The color in the picture tries to run. Can someone tell me how to get this project done?

You need to print your picture using a lazer jet. The ink will not run if you use a lazer instead of ink.
