Is veneer ok to decoupage?Thank you?

Yes you can. But you will need to sand it lightly to degloss it. Then wipe it clean. If you don't sand it, it probably would stick. However, it could start to peel eventually, especially if you live in a humid area. So sand it and you should be good. Have fun on your project!

I need help making a stepping stone collage.?

My grandmother passed away a year ago, and I want to buy a stepping stone and make a collage of pictures of us on it to put by her grave. What kind of adhesive should I use to keep the pictures on there without them weathering. I'm not a do it yourself person at all, and some suggestions on how to best do it would be awesome. Thanks.

How do you decoupage over a plastic underbed storage container?

I am trying to decoupage a plastic underbed stoarge container and am using a spray adheasive designed for rubber and vinyl to establish a base coat, it is sticking however it is not sticking as securely as I had hopped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

How to mod podge scrapbooks?

My New Years resolution is to experiment more with my scrapbooking. New Years day I did alot of new layouts using new types of techniques and materials.
Now I want to learn to use Mod Podge on some chipboard albums. But Im swimming in uncharted territories, HELP. Do I use a rag? Do I use a sponge? Do I use a Paint Brush?? I heard its tempermental if you dont get it right because it leaves streeks… When I Mod Podge do i do both sides of the album? Do I adhere or tape down my photos and accents first? AAAAHHHHH HELP ME PLEASE
